For fresh flowers, the flowers can generally last 2 to 3 days with proper care i.e. change water daily and keep in a cool location without direct sunlight. 

For preserved flowers, the flower can generally last a year or above with proper care i.e. keep in a dry, cool location out of direct sunlight and avoid contact with water.

2) Can I get fresh flowers product a day before I send or use it?

Yes, this is possible. However, you will be responsible to take care of the flowers and ensure their freshness once you received the bouquet.
