1) What occasions will be considered as peak season?

Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Qi Xi, Christmas and etc are considered peak seasons. Usually, we will come out with a theme on our website during the peak season.

2) What should I expect during these periods?

There may be an inevitable delay in our response due to the high volume of incoming inquiries. Also, there may be an inevitable delay in our delivery completion due to the high amount of orders. Our standard delivery time is between 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. but it may extend to a couple of hours later than 6.00 p.m. We will try our best to deliver all orders as soon as possible.

3) How long does the peak season last?

4) When should I place an order during peak season?

You are encouraged to place an order as soon as the product is launched. Due to the high volume of orders and limited manpower, the products might be sold out earlier and we may not able to receive further orders from you. Kindly expect slow replies during peak season too, as we will be focusing on confirmed orders.

5) Why the price is much higher during peak seasons ometimes?

During peak season, our suppliers will increase their stock price due to there is a surge of demand from the market. Therefore, we will have to increase the price of our products.
