1) Which area is under your coverage?

We only deliver within Kuala Lumpur and selected areas in Selangor at this moment.

2) How is the delivery done?

We will be using third-party delivery partners such as Lalamove to deliver products on the intended delivery date, immediately after the delivery rider pick-up the products from us. We use car delivery to ensure the products are safe and undamaged upon reaching the recipient.

3) How is the delivery fee calculated?

The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from our location. Generally, the fee per kilometre is approximately RM1.00. The fee can be calculated on the checkout page after you fill in the "Shipping Address" section.

4) If the recipient stays/ works at a high rise building, is there any door to door service?

Yes! Please select DOOR2DOOR option for delivery, there may be surcharge depends on the delivery partner. While filling the delivery address, please specify the exact level/unit no. However, in the event the security guard do not allow the delivery riders to enter the building, our delivery rider will request the recipient to collect the products at the ground floor, lobby or security guardhouse and the delivery surcharge will not be refunded.

5) Can I choose a specific timing to deliver?

You can select a delivery slot either in the morning (from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.) or in the afternoon (from 12.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.) by putting your request in "Remark" at checkout. If there is no time slot request from you, the delivery will be made from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m on the intended delivery date. In the event of peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc., delivery will be made from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m on the intended delivery date.

6) Why is my delivery late?

We apologize for the inconvenience if your delivery is late and we seek your understanding. Our delivery partner may not be able to deliver orders on time during adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain and flood), heavy traffic, roadblock, accidents, vehicle breakdown and etc which are beyond our control. In the case of a delay, we will try our best to arrange another delivery rider to take over the delivery and deliver on the same intended delivery date. 

7) How do I know when the products will be delivered?

We will send you a photo of the end products once it is ready for delivery. We will update you on the status from time to time and until the product is delivered.

8) What if the recipient is not around?

In the event that the recipient is not around when we deliver the products, we will deliver to the following:

  • For delivery to office, we will deliver to the receptionist or order recipient’s colleague;
  • For delivery to house or apartment, we will deliver to order recipient’s family member or to the security office or management office;
  • For delivery to college/university campus, we may contact you or the order recipient to make arrangement to deliver to the order recipient’s friend.

In the event that delivery is re-routed upon the request of the recipient or upon the request by you, a re-delivery fee will apply. Delivery shall not be rescheduled to another date once the order is processed and leave our office due to the perishable nature of the products.

9) What if my receiver refused to accept the products and/or the delivery detail is incorrect? Can I get a refund?

In the event that the item(s) are not delivered due to incorrect delivery details and/or the recipient refuses to accept the products, we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the products and no refund shall be issued in such event. In the event that delivery is re-routed upon the request of the recipient or upon the request by you, a re-delivery fee will apply. Delivery shall not be rescheduled to another date once the order is processed and leave our office due to the perishable nature of the products.
