1) How can I make payment?

In the meantime, our website enables bank transfer and Maybank QRpay payment methods. For bank transfer, kindly make an Instant Transfer to our bank account after confirmation of your order. If you make an interbank GIRO transfer, we will only proceed with your order or reserve the products for you once the payment is reflected in our account.

2) When do I need to make payment?

Once you have placed your order, kindly make payment within the same day. Upon payment is made, we will proceed with your order and deliver the products on the intended delivery date.  We will only proceed with your order or reserve the products for you once the payment is reflected in our account.

3) I have placed an order, however, I did not make any payment. Will we proceed with your order?

Sorry to inform you that we will not proceed with your order or reserve any products for you until you have made payment as requested within the same day or the agreed period by both parties. If payment is not made within the same day or the agreed period by both parties, we shall not be held responsible for not proceeding with your order or not reserving the products for you.

4) I've encountered difficulties while trying to make payment.

5) Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

We only accept payment before proceeding with your order, hence, COD is not available.

6) Can I pay upon pick-up?

Please note that payment has to be made before we proceed with your order, hence, payment upon pick-up is not available.
